Personalized programs for you:
My purpose is to offer you one-on-one support in a whole new way. Focusing on what you need and desire and helping you take the best steps towards getting there.
What we focus on:
Wellness & holistic practices
Together we will create a routine with daily habits that support your overall well-being. It is so important to know how to regulate your system when it’s feeling off. Knowing how to help yourself when you are feeling stressed, tired, lonely, exhausted, sore, depressed and anxious, or just in a rut is key to your survival. The truth is, we are all gonna have hard days…it’s not about eliminating them but rather have the tools to work through them. There are a lot of holsitic things we can do to help our bodies out so we will figure out what works best for you.
Identity struggles
I just want to start by saying wherever you are at in your journey is valid. Navigating identity can be so difficult because so many factors influence who we are and who we can and can’t be. This is why it’s so important to have a strong sense of self. To truly know who you are right now (not who you were or who you think you have to be). This takes an intentional practice called shadow work where we dive deep into the parts of you that you have hid or supressed without even knowing it. This allows for you to uncover all that you are and all that you were born to be by breaking barriers and limitations that have been placed on you by society, family, and religion. Shadow work and self-reflective journaling is key to creating a freedom inside of you to live and love authentically.
Relationship guidance
This topic is so dear to my heart because the relationships in our lives are so so vital to our health. I cannot stress enough the importance of having healthy boundaries with the people in your life. This can be work related, family, and close friends. Your energy is everything and it has to be protected in order to be sustained. Who you let into our lives and who you choose to spend your time around plays a huge role in how you view yourself, your safety, and your sense of security.
Breaking free from toxic thought patterns
We live in a sad sad world. A world that carries a lot of hate, discouragement, resentment, and anger. Most queer people I interact with have a powerful story of all the things they have had to overcome in order to stand in their truth (me included). It’s so easy to carry around these beliefs without even realizing how detrimental they are to your mental health. You are loved. You are valid. Your voice means something. Gone are the ways of being exhausted, burn out, miserable, physically ill, and stressed. Hello to being fulfilled, adventurous, playful, and full of rest.
Navigating major and minor life changes
You do not have to do it alone. You do not have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. It’s crazy the release that comes from just being able to tell someone all that you are going through. When we try to do it all by ourselves it leads to exhaustion, depression, and anxiety. Being able to see your circumstance from a different perspective could bring a lot of healing to your journey. Change is hard, so we, together, can create a routine that helps you support your mental and physical health as you navigate through it.
Taking care of your mind/body/soul
I have a saying (and it’s changed my world)…if it’s not 100% yes, it’s a no. This a badass mentality. You come first. You have to fill your cup up before you can even think about filling someone else’s. Growing up religious led me to believe being selfish was literally a sin but in reality putting yourself first is vital to survival. This means you have to prioritize your YOU time. Figuring out what helps you fill your cup up with lead to a sustainable life. I love incorporating practices such as journaling, meditation, walks in the sun, epsom salt baths, reading, and making sure I have fun and let that inner-child out. Having a true mind/body/soul connection leads to a deep gratitude for self.
Fitness aspirations
No matter where you are at in your journey; if you are just getting started, or if you desire to kick it up a notch we can figure out how to get you where you want to go. I know how hard it is to be motivated, battle gym anxiety, not have any idea where to start, or just flat out hate fitness. I believe in fitness to be more about getting movement in your routine than it is about torturing your body. Movement is good for the soul and it is meant to be enjoyed. It’s not about how the movement makes you look, it’s about how it makes you feel. Lets get you feeling better!
What you receive out of our time together:
One-on-one video calls
This is uninterrupted time we spend together to focus on your individual journey. These calls occur once a week and are an hour long.
Weekly journal prompts
For the first 12 weeks of your mentorship program I send you weekly journaling prompts to help promote a deep dive into self reflection, boundaries, goals, and protecting your energy. This is also an introduction to journaling as a daily practice in your life.
The 5 Minute Journal
When you start the mentorship program, you will receive a copy of the 5 Minute Journal from me (in your color of choice) to begin working on gratitude practice every morning when you wake up and night before bed. You will shortly begin to see the power of gratitude and the effect it can have on your health.
Weekly check-ins and motivation
I am here every step of the way for your personal development journey. This means we can talk, text, communicate throughout the week as a bonus to our 1:1 calls that occur. This can be if something goes on, if you have a question, if you need a little help or motivation, or just simply need to speak something through. While I can’t do the work for you, I like you to know you are not alone in the process.
Daily habits and routine guidance
Together we will find what works best for you so that you can stick to a routine that supports your overall well-being. These practices will include movement, self-development, wellness, food intake, how you spend your time and energy, the people in your life, and protecting your peace.
Personal development resources
Oh my oh my! The list goes on and on if you want to continue your growth. I have recommendations for podcasts, books, journals, planners, fitness plans, health plans and pretty much anything you can think of. I truly believe self-work is a never ending process because we are always evolving.
A life you love
Don’t get me wrong, this might take some time but ultimately with the right plan in place, a routine that supports you, a fitness plan that makes you feel confident, wellness habits that make you feel better, and boundaries that protect your energy… you will begin to fall in love with your life. It’s crazy what happens when we start living for ourselves! This doesn’t mean life will be rainbow and butterflies all the time (because that’s not realistic), but you will know how to handle the hard days and enjoy the good days :)
“It will be the simple things that fill your cup up the most. When you learn to love simplicity, peace will follow.”
